RevSport training for Club Administrators

RevSport in conjunction with CNSW is holding an online training session using MS Teams on Thursday 22nd August from 2pm to 4pm covering the following topics:

10 mins - Intro to the platform and basic fundamentals.

45 mins - Access for club administrators in CNSW who are not using a revSPORT portal (Club admins only with access only to their Club Data NSW).

55 mins – Access for club administrators for using revSPORT for the first time – getting started (Clubs interested in or who will be obtaining a revSPORT portal).

While the session will be recorded for those who are unable to attend, it is recommended that the club member responsible for member data management attends all or the relevant part of the session. If your Club is unable to have a representative present, can you please inform me of the members’ names that currently manage the member data so that they can be added as an administrator for your Club. We will by default give administration privileges to the Club secretary if no names are received.

We encourage every club to have a representative attend, so that you access the new member and club information on the Croquet NSW website.

Registration for the event is available at Training Registration and close at midnight Tuesday 20th August to allow for distribution of the link to attendees.

Changes To Access to the Current Database

To finalise the migration process, the current member database will be placed in caretaker mode with all administration access locked from Saturday 24th August.

RevSPORT Go Live

The go live date with the RevSport platform will be scheduled after the training session.
