RevSport: Information Session for NSW Croquet Clubs

Dear NSW Clubs

Croquet NSW has signed up with RevSport to complete the second part of the update of our website and member database. The Membership and Event Registrations systems will get underway during July and August, with implementation planned for September.

Croquet NSW will migrate all the current data on club members and events to the RevSport platform at the State level.

Free Club membership of RevSport for the first year.

Clubs will also have the opportunity to sign up for the platform at the Club level. All Clubs which sign up will have free membership until the end of the first year. Rates after that are $112 per year for Clubs with 100 members or less, or $396 for Clubs with between 101 and 500 members.

This will give Clubs facilities to manage memberships, registration payments, events and attendances, communication with members, managing meetings, and to set up a free website if desired. Membership data is shared with the State, but Clubs which sign up for the platform will have their own view and access to the data from the club portal.

For Clubs which wish to continue to access membership data via the CNSW State database, this will continue to be available via the upgraded database,  with a high level of security and 2 factor authentication access.

Information Session July 18, 4pm 

An information session with RevSport will be held for interested Clubs July 18, via Microsoft Teams. All Clubs interested in attending are invited to RSVP to the Event invitation on the website by midnight 12 July. There is no obligation to sign up; the session will be recorded for those who wish to access it at a later date.
